Enrollment and Registration
Can students enroll in an enrichment class without enrolling in extended care?
Yes. Students can participate in enrichment classes without enrolling in extended care. Parents are responsible for timely pick-up after the enrichment class ends.
Can I enroll a student into an enrichment class after the enrollment window closes or after the class has started?
Late enrollment may be possible if there is space available and the instructor approves. Fees will be prorated based on the start date.
Can I enroll a student into an enrichment class outside of their grade range?
Enrichment classes are designed for specific grade ranges. Exceptions may be considered based on the student’s interest and skill level, subject to instructor approval.
Is there a waitlist for full enrichment classes?
Yes. Parents can add students to a waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available.
Can my child switch to a different enrichment class after the session has started?
Class changes are subject to availability and instructor approval. Parents should contact the Director of Auxiliary Programs, Mario Rossetti, to discuss options.
What is the policy for missed classes?
There are no make-up sessions for enrichment classes. If a student will be absent, parents should inform the school in advance, if possible.
How do I pay for enrichment classes?
Payments are made through the Homeroom platform using credit/debit cards.

Classes are offered in subjects including arts, sports, STEM, and language learning.
Can students sit in on a class to see if they like it?
Trial classes may be offered at the start of the term, subject to instructor approval.

Are enrichment classes held on half-days or early dismissal days?
Enrichment classes may be held on half-days or early dismissal days with an adjusted schedule. Parents will be notified in advance of any changes.
Are there any materials or supplies required for enrichment classes?
Most enrichment classes include all necessary materials, yet some may require additional supplies. Parents will be notified in advance if any materials need to be purchased.

Our enrichment class was canceled, what happens next?
If a class is canceled, parents will be notified, and refunds or credits will be issued. Alternative classes may also be offered.
What is the process for evaluating and improving enrichment classes?
Regular evaluations are conducted through parent and student feedback surveys, instructor assessments, and performance reviews.
